Excellent working on Supply chain planning and efficient execution seeking higher service level with minimum inventory. Candidate from Chemical manufacturing industry only needs to apply for this position.
Ensuring the procurement process is in line with company policies and procedures.
Identifying and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships
with suppliers.
Ensuring that procurement activities comply with local and international laws
and regulations.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as engineers and HODs to identify
procurement needs and requirements to ensure smooth functioning of plant.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as required.
Reporting on procurement performance to reporting manager and identifying areas
for improvement.
Should be able to manage the entire cycle of P to P cycle.
Co-ordination with other team member for Quality Management & ISO documentation and key active participants in companies’ key development towards sustainability.
- Strong in Follow up and documentation part.
- Hands on with Industry Best Practices & Norms
- Proficiency in ERP
- Candidates experienced in Chemical purchase preferred
- Cchemical procurement Preferred.
- Clarity in communication & strong understanding and grasping skill
- Pro-active in aalternate Sourcing
- Good in negotiation skills and fluent in spoken English
- Vendor Evaluation & Qualification
- Experience in Import-Export documentation
- Conversant with MIS preparation
